Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
During periods of high demand, stock shortages, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
DIY Xpanda ships products throughout New Zealand.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product availability, freight carrier schedules, and other factors outside our control.
As a general guide:
- Auckland Metro: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- North Island: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
- South Island: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Rural Addresses: Please allow additional delivery time
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party freight providers and couriers. DIY Xpanda is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather events, public holidays, industrial action, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the courier’s system.
If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at DIY@xpanda.co.nz with your order number and name, and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at DIY@xpanda.co.nz.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of any damage or incorrect items
This helps us resolve the issue more quickly.
Warranty & Returns
All DIY Xpanda products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty and a 30-day return policy, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note that products must be used, installed, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
