What's Included

  • Polycarbonate slats: 6 mm thick × 30 mm wide
  • Vertical Vertical Brackets for Left and Right Sides
    (Additional support bracing if the coverage is wider than 600mm)
  • Bracket screws (for securing slats into the brackets)
  • Mounts
  • Fixing Caps
  • Note: Fixings to attach the bracket (frame) to the building are not included

Installation Guide

  1. Prepare Tools & Materials
    - Battery drill
    - 5mm drill bit
    - Hand or battery riveter
    - Screws (for wood or concrete, depending on your wall/frame).
  2. Install the First Side Frame
    - Position the side piece with large holes facing inside, small holes against the frame.
    - Fix it with screws
    - Make sure rivet points are accessible.
  3. Install the Opposite Side Frame
    - Line it up parallel with the first side.
  4. Fit the Middle Support (if needed)
    - Insert the support with brackets, top and bottom to take up space.
  5. Insert the Slats
    - Peel protective film at the ends before installing.
    - Slide each slat into one side, then clip/plug into the opposite side.
    - Peel the remaining film after installation.
  6. Finish Off
    - Plug screw holes.
    - Wipe off dust and static for a clear finish.

Upgrade your Clear Guard order with a professional powder-coat finish in your choice of colour.

  • Flat fee of $150 applies once per order (not per item).
  • Durable, UV-resistant, and long-lasting finish.
  • A wide range of colours available, choose from here.

Default Clear Guard colour is Grey (free). Select this upgrade only if you would like a custom colour finish.
